Pursuit of HappYness

The movie was just too good to watch. and it becomes all the more memorable when you see similar kind of people doing all the hardwork and still struggling to get the appreciation/money/position[i dont care what that individual is looking for, what i appreciate is hard work].

last week as always i was working extended hours in broad street office. and it was already 12 midnight when i ran to world trade center to catch my path train. there were all kinds [:o] of people standing by the street cross and it was little windy that night too. after waiting for more than 15 minutes at the world trade center, finally my path train arrived. just before the automatic doors were closing one guy [i would name him Smith] entered. though it was not very cold, he was wearing quite a thick jacket. but to his bad luck there was no seat available to sit. he was with a kid small enough to fit in between two seats. once he put his son on a barely seat-able place. he started talking to him regarding his school. but he seemed too tired to listen and slept in few seconds.

Smith was also looking tired and while hanging from the hand-bars, he almost slept. then exchange place station came. because of the announcement he woke up. finally got a place to sit in front of his son’s row. immediately he took out a book from his side bag and then started reading. and taking notes. as i was sitting just next to him, i saw that he was reading something about derivatives and equities. and he didnot look enough rich to be working as a trader in financial street.

my station (grove) was the next one. so i got down but with a smile on my face that the movie might be based on some true story, but this guy[dont know if he has watched that or not] is struggling hard to make his name.

best wishes smith.
