Sikandar

we met in Garuda, infront of Shopper’s Stop. we decided that first we will have lunch and then do some shopping. and so we went straight to the food court in Garuda. but diverted to Sikandar, to give it a shot.
from outside it looked like its still not open, but once we barged in we could see one whole section of the place booked for some party.

“place for 3 please:)!!” After glancing the whole place we decided that we would sit in the corner window.. once we were handed over the menu, i could feel that its costly.. but still we ordered items as if it was some Andhra mess;).

food was NOT so nice.. and the waiters were all jobless.. we were served by atleast 7 different guys..
ambience was ok.. blue everywhere..

overall 3.5/10

bangalore is definitely a happening place… and definitely here there are more ppl who are growing richer day by day..
but sometimes there are some visuals.. there are some incidents which really touch your heart and u try to figure out whats happening here..
last day when i was waiting for my company bus . i saw a poor old lady searching for something .. just infront of Sani Temple.. i was curious abt what she was searching for..
to my shock she was searching for a clean stone.. and there she sat in near the temple gate.. and took out some leaves from her basket.. she then started to smash those leaves with that “clean” stone and then finally applied that to her wound.. oh god that wound was so unclean … i was so upset because i couldnt do anything to help her.. nothing.
there is so huge difference between ppl who earn a lot to show off.. and ppl who earn so less that they cant afford to cure a wound.
god must be watching all this. for sure.
